Produced by-monthly project work and budget plans, scheduled performance indexes and cost performance
indexes to include an identification of Contractor resources, deliverables and completion dates, sequence of events,
start dates, and duration for each activity.
Managed and provided the total labor hour tasking budget information, including information for a separate travel
budget, and percentages for the project.
Provided daily and weekly updates to facilitate heading team meetings to manage the process of completing and
final delivery of the final report in December 2016 to the President of the United States of America.
Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Project Manager / Change Management (CM) Supervisor
Supporting the FDA Government’s Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM) Division
Configuration-Change Request (CCR) Manager supervising and tracking all request’s complete lifecycle from
opening through developments, testing and ending with production deployments and request closings.
Provided weekly and monthly O&M and CCR statistics, metrics and system support monthly ticket statistics to
Exeter and CVM Management.
Represented CVM Management as the communication liaison and senior contact for High Tier and Emergency
“Helpdesk” issues and requests from CVM Business.
Supervised Change Manager (CM) with CCR deployments and support ticket requests and supported the CM as
the primary CM backup.
Analyzed and met with CVM Business Sponsor, assigned developer(s) and tester(s) to understand scope of request
for all open CCRs to deliver a comprehensive list of open CCRs to the CVM Change Control Board for each by-
