Nazril Idrus

After failing out many times in business, money, life and relationships, Nazril Idrus realised
that in order to get what he wanted in those areas was all about mastering his energy. It
allowed him and many others to achieve incredible things in their lives. Nazril has earned
a reputation for being an expert in wealth creation, sales, communication, team and busi-
ness growth.
His claim to fame is his ability to get individuals and teams to accomplish unprecedented
personal growth and financial results in short periods of time. It comes from his years of
accomplishments from the time he was a schoolboy, winning multiple sports & academic
awards,and to this day, an entrepreneur, international trainer and speaker.
He is the President of a multi-award winning* financial sales team LVG Consultants which

skills training, Poedjo (pronounced Poo Joe) has served in many renowned Multinational

marketing and of course training. Some of the companies that he has worked for are, Asea
Brown Boveri (ABB), Hewlett Packard (HP), Dimension Data, Sun Microsystems and Oracle
Corporation.
With his experience and knowledge, Poedjo has a proven track record in exceeding sales
targets and leading teams in uncovering their strengths to achieve their fullest potential. He
has what it takes to coach and train future leaders based on actual scenarios. Not limited
to Malaysia, his responsibilities has extended to manage teams within the South East Asia
region namely in Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei and India.
Poedjo has an honours Degree in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia

He has successfully positioned himself as the top 20 of the national highest sales achiever of
Kenshido International Sdn. Bhd. only within 3 months. Since that, he has been conducting
trainings, presenting and helping more than 3000 people to transform their life and achieve
their dreams.
He is one of the founders of a local famous ice cream brand in Malaysia, the Parabella
Ice Cream. He experienced many ups and downs in the ice cream business, he has been
through months of no income and now he has found the key secret to success and how to
rise quickly from failure. He is very determined and passionate to share this key secret to oth-
er people to inspire more people to transform their quality of their life and their loved ones.

Kahar Saidun
World Class Facilitator & Success Mindset Expert
Kahar is a member of a team that is transforming a local Malaysian manufacturer to be-
come a world class company. This means turning its 5,000 employees to become a world
class championship team with laser focus on the future, having world class work ethics
and a winning mindset.
Kahar is also well known in the Malaysian martial arts circle. He is the first Malay master in-
structor in a traditional Chinese martial arts. He uses his 23 years experience in martial arts
and 12 years teaching martial arts to nurture the warrior spirit, mind power and an unstop-
pable attitude in his students.
Being bullied when he was in school, Kahar has experienced extreme low self-esteem.
That weakness lead him to learn martial arts but he was faced with another downfall.
His lack of vision, knowledge and experience lead him to become homeless in a foreign
land. After recovering from that ordeal he was then faced with a long sickness which
caused him to lose his income.
At that lowest point in his life, he was saved by a friend who brought him to a seminar.
The seminar changed his life, and most importantly his mindset towards life, success and
teamwork.
Kahar now teaches the different principles that has saved him at different points of his life.
His reason for this is, so that others do not need to go through what he went through to
