Project kick-off involved supply chain, compliance, accounting,, governance, procurement, recipe systems, manufacturing and support teams. The global deployment covered several thousand suppliers and distributors, creating a consolidated view of supplier information and global spending and improved management of supplier information using a single record of truth.
