Monitoring tools for increased efficiency and performance. Introduced Calypso Native Settlements module streamlining the process and
automating the trade settlement accounting process. End to end project management requirements from gating process initiating the
project to execution phase. Execution taken over by other PM due to Volcker requirements.
Volcker Rule – Sept 2014- Dec 2015. Enterprise wide Cross-functional project included: Data Acquisition: Scope included
development of 20 Standard Data Contracts (Architecture) for 7 systems supporting Capital Markets. Systems included: Calyspo Cash &
Derivatives, Broadridge ICI, FIS, Global and LoanIQ, system architecture change included an initiative for Global warehousing of trade
information across all system platforms. PnL Reporting, CFTR and TOTUS – July 2015 : Systems included all aforementioned platform
in addition to Sophis, Murex GED; Risk Reporting: Greeks Metrics – Dec 2015 for all aforementioned systems Project's first and second
phase delivered on time, and within budget.

Operations/Process specialist, Business Analyst , and or consultant depending on size and project requirements.
Key Projects & Achievements:
Projects successfully delivered and implemented end-to-end as a Business Consultant/Analyst for scope, change management and
requirements gathering include:
- Depository conversion from Euroclear to Clearstream for BMO’s proprietary accounts.
- Toronto back office takeover of London issued Certificates of Deposit (London England), with straight through processing
solution, eliminating manual effort, and optimizing business process for obtaining new CD cusips in a timely manner.
- Regulatory reporting change implementation to ICI (Impact) canned reports. Worked with vendor to incorporate FDIC
requirement within the RCB-MEM, RCB-SUM reports and introduced new class codes in ICI. Re-class of securities for
appropriate reporting to the FDIC meeting regulatory requirements.
- Segregation of Trader Book in Broadridge’s ICI system, introducing new Trader Book as an International Banking Facility,
with change managements for profit / loss and accounting flow.
- Upgrade to Showcase 8 for Impact (an SQL reporting tool for Broadridge system), converting all existing reporting, to an
internal BMO platform and parallel run, problem solving any issues presented as a result of the upgrade.

Canadian banks. Netting project for Canadian products for the purpose of risk reduction and balance sheet relief. Phase I
completed for platform preparation between member and CDCC via CDS for repo and US style repo’s. Requirements
documents and test scripts provided to team for testing. Testing validation conducted and signoff obtained for project team
- DSTS upgrade. Front Office trading version upgrade interfaced to ICI (Impact) system.
- High Yield trading desk in New York. Acted as subject matter expert (SME) for Fixed Income Operation back office ICI
system for processing, introducing new products, GL mappings and Bloomberg as front office trading system.
- Bank of Montreal acting as Primary Dealer for US Treasuries / Agencies - end-to-end process
- Segregation of USD payments provider for BMO. Provided representation for Fixed Income, for implementation of new
payment platform, procedure updates and deadlines.
- Introduction of ATP automatic confirmation process for BMO internal trades on Broadridge system, eliminating need for paper

- Implemented standardized signoff and tracking procedures for P&L department, fixed income, structured notes and derivative
products.
- Updated and coordinated testing for Business Continuity Planning and Pandemic Planning
- Coordinated project for Anomalies for the department – items out of department scope, conducted status meetings, tracked
and maintained progress, distributed minutes of meeting and assisted in process flow/ process mapping.
