Comprehensive List of Numbers that can be Allowed or Denied From a particular Extension. By this Feature Extension is able to Dial/Receive the only Numbers included in Allowed and Denied List.
A Caller Need not keep Dialing Person’s Alternate Numbers Manually, Rather Using this Feature VISION Dials Alternate Numbers One by One when Redial/Auto-Redial Used.
User Need not Dial Busy Number Repeatedly, Whenever a Busy Extension becomes Free, VISION senses it and Generates Ring at Boss’s End, When Boss goes off-hook he hears Ring Back Tone (RBT) at other end and thus Speech is Established.
Using this Feature VISION Dials Busy Extension Repeatedly till it gets Through, Relieving User from Manual Redialing of Number. Whenever Call goes Through it Informs User by giving him a Ring.
A Person can Identify the Caller Before Answering the Call and be Prepared on Subject of Interest.
Some Important Numbers which Need to be Connected to Respective Person without any Delay, VISION stores some of the Numbers in its CLI Based Routing table and Routes these Calls Directly to Extension without going for Operator to Route the Call.
You will not miss any call even if you are away from your office. Just enable this feature and forward all your office calls to external number where you have access to telephone.
This option is provided by auto-attendant when you don’t know the desired person’s extension number. You can enter digits corresponding to first three alphabets of the person’s name. For ex.: To call Joseph you have to dial 567. Here 5 corresponds to J, 6 to O and 7 to S.
Pleasant music from other sources such as portable music player, can be played while caller is on hold. It generally soothes/reduces the feeling of inconvenience of caller being on hold.
One port provided for Internet modem interface to VISION, which gets directly connected to trunk on issue of command. Thus by providing ease of internet access and eliminating need of dedicated extension for internet connection.
When you have more than one service providers as your trunk lines (e.g. BSNL, Reliance), you can select any of them to make outgoing calls depending upon the economy of call charges
In this figure Ext. 201 wants to dial 9876543210 which is a GSM number, So PBX routes the outgoing call through GSM network based on the logic that GSM to GSM calls are cheaper than others. Same for the Landline outgoing call through Ext.208.
You can supervise the desired extension by knowing to/from whom it is dialing/receiving calls on your CLI telephone, At your ease or even during live call when extension is in speech.
Places such as Conference Hall, Assembly Hall of Factory where employees have to move in nearby places, In such situations the desired person can be addressed by central loud speaker system.
Devices matching with relay port’s Electrical Specifications can be switched ON/OFF manually or automatically, operated locally or remotely
Auto dialing of set numbers (Maximum 8) at a predefined time. You can dial locking codes of Local or Long distance dialing facility for these set numbers
If any sensor connected to DIP port gets activated, VISION considers it as an emergency and dials out three number programmed as emergency numbers. It dials first number and waits for answer and delivers a pre-recorded message, if not then dials second number and then third repeating the same procedure.
In this figure PBX first dials Police number, waits for him to answer and delivers the message. If Police doesn’t respond then PBX dials for Fire Station and repeats the same procedure. Same for Hospital.
A comprehensive record of all calls made or received by each and every extension during specific period of time (e.g. Month, Week) gets printed on SMDR report. This report can be analyzed using various filter parameters such as Trunk, Extension, Time, Call Duration, Type of Call etc.
You can store your own Voice from Telephone Recording or Music Source Recording to be heard by the caller in event of Non Availability, Music-on-Hold, Alarms, DID and DOSA, Auto Redial etc.
