in-store messages sent by the shop owner. Users will have an inworld inbox.
● Account: users will select a 3D Avatar for their account and have a complete user profile.
● A.I. Assistant: users can be supported inworld by NPCs (Non Playing Characters) with
Artificial Intelligence, which can answer to simple questions and help users during shopping
experience.
● Navigation: users, at the first access, will follow a tutorial to learn how to move and
interact within the 3D shop. In case of large shopping environments or shopping malls, user
navigation will be supported by a map or interactive menu.

8. ● Shop Design: Qbit will design a 3D online store or 3D shopping mall according to client’s
needs. The 3D shopping space will replicate faithfully a brand shop.
● Shop Furnishing: the 3D shop can be a modular building to enable furniture replacement or
displacement by shop staff. They can also decorate the 3D store to reflect the brand image.
● 3D Products: Qbit will create 3D models of the real products and a system to easily add
and configure new items (e.g. size, color, etc.); there will be a product search engine based
on product attributes. The 3D catalogue will be connected to existing data flows.
● Checkout: users will be able to shop within the 3D online shop by proceeding in the
checkout process, adding their payment and shipping details (if they did not do it before).
Users will receive notification alerts for items in their shopping cart. Users will receive
emails on their products shipping status.

including codes for product discounts. Users could redeem their code during checkout
process.
● Mail Marketing: users could receive DEMs (Direct Email Marketing) at their email address,
directly inworld, available at their virtual inbox, or via popup messages.
● Review System: users could write reviews on their purchases, which could be read by other
users inworld before buying any product. Reviews will be monitor and managed by shop
staff.
● Marketing AD: shop staff will be able to manage VR billboards, both static and interactive.
Qbit will design some specific 3D elements which can be replaced, according to clients’
online marketing campaign, by adding new images, videos or more.
● Data Analytics: the system can collect any data coming from the user experience within the
