decorated combat veteran of the Marine Corps, he also served in the
FBI as a undercover Special Agent.

BACKGROUND
Born into a humble, hard-working family, Michael inherited a relentless work ethic
from his father who worked two jobs. Education was paramount in the Grimm
household, pushing Michael to attain his BBA in Accounting and Finance and a JD,
ultimately being admitted to the NY and CT Bars in 2002.
