I am a hardworking and a very hand’s on individual, trustworthy, honest and good timekeeper with the
willingness to go that extra mile to get the job done, and I am always prepared to put myself forward for further
training, so I have the tools, skills, knowledge and experience to back up what I do.
I have previous been working for Meridian business support, sub-contracted to the Central square development
for a called CD Engineering which are based out in Middlesbrough, as well as several other agencies but all
sub-contracted, to different companies, area’s and sites within the construction industry over the previous 12
months and I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge,
• Which includes Electrical and Mechanical engineering installation,
• Taking charge of deliveries of materials,
• Ordering materials, trunking, basket, tray, fixtures fittings etc.
• Making sure they are allocated to all the designated areas of the development,
• Some banksman duties were involved, and general tidying up of the site
• Liasoning with managerial staff, Keeping staff up to date with tool box talks,
• health & safety, co-ordinating staff and site security
Qualifications
March 2015 – YTA centre Bradford – Level 1, domestic plumbing
• All aspects of domestic plumbing, 1st
fix to 2nd fix installation
• from bathroom installation to radiator installation/removal, fault finding,
• Installation of toilets, replacement of valves and components
• Basins, Bar mixer taps, knowledge of all fixtures and fittings
• Water and compression testing, cutting and fitting of pipework
• I also have my own tools, for which ever job I am allocated to do
• Whether it be for plumbing, joinery, general maintenance, or installation

Further experience
I have worked for Caval previously and have been working up at the west field development in Bradford where
I have gained valuable knowledge and experience, in all kinds of different and specialised areas,
Health & safety, banksman, blind lifts, setting up and maintaining walkways within the development
Observation and direction of site traffic, liasioning with site managers, keeping up to date with site progress
Working alongside forklifts, scissor lifts, as well as taking part in tool box talks, site inductions,
The direction of staff to the appropriate areas of the development, I am very hands on individual and take a
keen interest in how other companies are working within the site, from working closely with all these different
companies
I.e., met clad, measons, Andrews’s tiles, I have gained great experience so i can to learn all about the
construction industry,
I am also the owner and manager of my own company which was set up just over 3+ years called Michaelknill-
property-land-acquisitions, Which primarily I scout for land sites, Brownfield, common ground, waste ground?
