10. Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback “ First of all, both speakers, Michael and Jorgen demonstrated in-depth knowledge of subject and ability to use this knowledge in different areas. Speakers demonstrated excellent communication skills what help them to captivate participants. I get some good ideas from this Web-seminar and thankful for this opportunity. Due to time constraints we have not yet asked this person if we may publish his or her name
11. Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback This webinar was the best webinar I have attended so far. Michael Leander’s presentation skills were immaculate and his way of communication with his audience is remarkable. He is currently one of the best speakers in Europe, and I look forward to attending more presentations from him!
12. Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback Generally spoken I found the content of the weninar relevant. But too much time was lost for the introduction and waiting time. The "real beef" charts at the end were only hurried through. Given the fact that all participants obviously had previous experience (see poll results), the moderator should have seen that and accelerated and adjusted his comments to the users` knowledge. Due to time constraints we have not yet asked this person if we may publish his or her name
13. Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback “ Not bad for my first Web Seminar” Due to time constraints we have not yet asked this person if we may publish his or her name
14. Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback The seminar was the right format at the right time as we are getting ready to use Social Networks for the marketing of our StartUp. There were many ideas and insights that were extremely helpful. Also my compliments to the presenters, who created a very pleasant atmosphere in a virtual space. 16. Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback “ This was my first webinar and everything exceeded my expectations. The format is fantastic and I will definitely attend more. Michael Leander was very knowledgeable and his presentation was very interesting. I have been listening to various presentations on social networks and it is the first time that someone tackles rationally how social media can benefit your business and gave lots of good ideas. Thank you.” Due to time constraints we have not yet asked this person if we may publish his or her name
17. Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback “ Good seminar but in order to gice a testimonial, I would have liked something a little sharper in terms of content - Michael, you mentionned that this was the first time you were using this presentation and I am sure that you'll we give the little improvement it deservers - I'll send you a couple of simple suggestions in a separate mail “ Due to time constraints we have not yet asked this person if we may publish his or her name
18. Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback I work in Latvia and my target group is Latvian speaking people or Russian speaking people that live in Latvia. In Latvia the situation about the different. And it is more expensive to implement these things in Latvia. But I think that seminar was really good. and it is always really useful to learn from the other experience. Due to time constraints we have not yet asked this person if we may publish his or her name
19. Webinars are a logic and very useful innovation - a great efficient way to learn. I will definitively attend many more webinars soon. Comments: Michael you did a great job and it was really interesting. In the future it may help to assess people´s knowledge before as you said in order to tailor it a bit more to the needs or when you´ll be charging for attendance then I expect a much more detailed agenda. Plus less intro from FEDMA as this took up 30 min and we had to rush through Michael´s part unnecessarily. I would appreciate if there were less references to sex or was it just a coincidence with the vibrator and Miranda or what was her name? It certainly made the presentation less professional to me. Shame there is less time for discussion or at least to throw some reality checks in e.g. who is going to maintain all the sites / how much money does that cost in relation to the setting up so people have realistic views on what is possible and what not. My company e.g. did refrain from doing too much SN marketing as it seems to cost at least 3 times as much to maintain as to set up... Any way, thank you for the initiative and please keep it going. Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback
