with MCG and start working toward the validation of the opportunity and confirm that the prospect
represents an opportunity so we can begin the Sales Process. MCG’s Opportunity Validation Process
is designed so that we can verify the quality and potential of the opportunities as early as possible.

PROFILING PROSPECTS – We will train you
on how to identify prospects based on their
profile before you even talk to them.
VALIDATING OPPORTUNITIES – This
process measures the interest of the prospect
based on four predetermined factors. Once
you have determined they meet all four
factors, you should register the opportunity
with MCG.
REGISTERING THE OPPORTUNITY – This
protects your opportunity. To register, you
must provide all information related to the
Four Factors and have a decision maker agree
to meet with MCG to discuss next steps.
You may reach out to MCG to discuss the
progress of the opportunities validation
process as frequently as needed.
THE SALES PROCESS – The process is led
by MCG and your participation will determine
the level of reward you are entitled to. The
Sales Process usually takes from 3 – 6
months but it could shorter or longer.
During this process we do a great deal of
needs analysis, evaluate business
requirements and processes and make
recommendations based on our discoveries.
CLOSING – We expect you to participate and
assist with the closing process as much as
necessary.
The closing process is entirely driven by MCG.
We will provide you with progress details but
all negotiations and commitments will be
agreed upon directly between MCG and the
prospect.
