Some people love to learn new things, that’s great! We have lots of teams with

7. What our people say
I joined Fluent Money in November 2017.
I am a Team Leader in the sales department
for Secured loans. Since I joined the company
I have gone from strength to strength and my
overall performance has improved over the
years I have been here. This is down to the
continued support and training put in place
by the company, if help is needed then help is
given in areas you require. It is a challenging job
and can be a little stressful at times but I guess
that comes as part and parcel in any sales role
but on the back of this the rewards are great
which makes it all the worthwhile. Overall,
great company to work for and glad to
be a part of it.
Chetan, Team Leader
I joined Fluent Money in
January 2012 and I’m still here! I started
in admin and then worked my way up to
become an adviser then a team leader. I then
moved across to Fluent Mortgages and I am now
the training manager for all new recruits. My job is to
help them become fully CeMAP qualified mortgage
advisers. Fluent are a brilliant company to work for
– they provide lots of opportunities to progress and
fully support you whilst doing so. They are also very
generous – this year due to the Christmas party/
awards ceremony being cancelled due to COVID-19,
they sent a hamper to every single employee. I had
a new adviser who on their very first day at Fluent
received a hamper – what a nice start to a job!?
Overall, I think Fluent is great place to work – a fast
paced, friendly environment with great
opportunities provided for the staff.
Rachel, Sales Academy Manager
8. What our people say
I joined Fluent Money in September
2019. At that point my experiences in sales
roles were good but always had the idea it was
more about making money for the company than
actually helping people. This job is so satisfying in the
fact that every time you sell something it actually helps
someone and in some cases can change their lives
completely. Ever since I started there was constant help
from hierarchy with training and making sure I knew my
role and no question was too much in terms of helping!
My training manager is a god send with how much she
helps you settle into the role and the department, and
from then onward team leaders are great when you’re
just getting started and there’s a real family feel to
the department. I’ve always thought of work as
something to dread and just something I
have to do, whereas since working at
Fluent it has become somewhere
I WANT to be and go to!
Daniel, Mortgage Adviser
I joined Fluent Money in
November 2018. My experience with
Fluent so far has been brilliant, one of the
many positives is the chance for progression.
I was able to progress from New Business Co-
Ordinator to Loans officer after only 3 months
of being at the company. The “buzzing” work
environment motivates all staff to thrive
in their day to day role as well as
showing what opportunities can
lie ahead if you work hard.
Louise, Loans Officer
I joined Fluent Money in
August 2008. Within weeks I was
earning more than I had ever earned.
It feels like I’m self-employed - the harder
you work, the more you earn. Simple! The
management team at Fluent Money care
about their staff. They are approachable and
supportive, rewarding staff for their performance,
hard work and commitment. From free
healthcare to staff training and promotion,
from nights out to weekends away, and from
competitions to cash prizes, there is always
something to aim for. It is, without
doubt, the best job I’ve ever had!
Tessa, Adviser
9. What our people say
I joined Fluent Money in
September 2015. I can honestly say
This is the best job I have ever had and I
love the family feeling around Fluent Money.
I am a case manager and a team leader. I
process applications for clients and also look
after a small team. The job is very challenging
but the rewards are amazing. There is endless
support if required and everyone is friendly and
happy to help. This is a great company to work
for and I have realised how much better Fluent
Money do thing compared to my previous
jobs, amazing company!
Alpesh, Team Leader
I joined Fluent Money in April
2016. I have been here for a numbers
of years and been part of growth of the
company and it is a real privilege to have been part
of it. Fluent have really helped me find myself as a
sales person and brought out the best in me. Made
me believe in myself. I am a real free spirit and I can
be difficult to manage. They know exactly how to deal
with that and help me be the best version of me. They
actually embrace it – Ha…. I have gained so much
knowledge and qualifications, all paid for by fluent. I
am earning more money than I ever have. I feel part
of something special, they have made me feel that I
make a difference. The directors and senior managers
are the most genuine down to earth people
I have ever met. They really do care
about us as well as the company.
Angela, Insurance Adviser
