MIT: Market Impact team comprises of a team which includes SE, TL’s, TMS & AM.
Modus Operandi
A team will be formed in which all AM’s of one ASM state, all TL’s, TMS will gather in one
particular town of ASM state and will work with SE’s on his route from first outlet till the
last outlet and will cover all the set of outlets whether covered or non covered outlet in
which they will ensure Impactful visibility, Availability of all SKU’s and enhancing
distribution coverage area which further helps in maintaining Hygiene in the trade. This
activity will be done twice in a month.
