Sourced a new web hosting and development vendor. Created and managed a hosting

Created Help Desk Remote Support System to assist internal Mutual Drug users and end
users at 600+ pharmacies. Development, configuration, implementation, and training
support staff to use remote support software. Trained and mentored employees for internal
and remote support tasks. Training and support to night Ops IT support team.
Build and maintain Order Desk order aggregation system including server, software,
software modifications, dial-up modem bank, SAMI modem bank, IVR modems, and FTP
