 In this release we will tell you all about the product line,
membership levels and benefits, the cost for each level, and
how multiple positions in the MLM compensation plan work
 Although there are membership levels available that do not
participate in the MLM compensation plan, the primary
benefits in having a prelaunch period apply to the MLM side.
Therefore, for the purpose of this information release, we will
be concentrating on the top 3 levels of membership that
participate in the MLM compensation plan.
 From launch day forward everyone will have the opportunity
to learn about and choose one of the other membership
levels.

What Is The Product?
The Primary Product is a new List Mailer (also referred to as a List
Builder)

Some of the benefits of a list mailer include, but are not limited
to:
 You do not need a preexisting list of your own
 You can build a list by leveraging the work of many
 You can send your solo ad to tens of thousands of targeted
recipients at regular intervals for pennies on the dollar
 You do not need a mass mailer program, autoresponder,
capture pages, a hosting service, or any HTML or programming
knowledge
 The people who open and read your emails are genuinely
interested in them and therefore very responsive
 You can never be accused of spamming anyone
 The deliverability rate is always going to be 80‐90% or higher

The Elite Membership Levels
Our top 3 membership levels are Gold, Platinum and Executive. All
3 of these levels get to participate in the full MLM compensation
plan.
The average List Mailer uses a single tier affiliate commission
program. Most pay 50% commissions on referrals who upgrade.
That being the case, if you want to cover your own cost for
upgrading, you must personally go out and get 2 sales.
With our List Mailer, if you come in at the Gold or higher level, the
first 2 people who land on your first level cover your product cost
every month and it doesn’t matter who was responsible for those
2 sales.
You then have full access to the product line for Free and the
potential to earn from 3 different income streams and our bonus
system.

As you can see, the highest membership level, Executive, has an
overwhelming list of benefits. That’s because Executives can earn a
considerably higher income with our compensation plan. For now, let’s
talk about some of the benefits and what they are and we’ll come back to
the earnings potential and how that works in a moment.
A List Mailer gives you a regular mailing at fixed intervals to a random
number of members each time so you have a list to email while you build
your list virally or even if you don’t build your list at all.

Bonus Credits for Upgrading:  This is an additional benefit only available to Gold
level and higher members. As a reward for upgrading to the MLM level, you
receive a one‐time credit bonus.

Free Gift Offer:  Executive members have the ability to add a Free Gift to the Gifts
area for all members to see. A Free Gift can be an eBook, a free membership, an
audio recording, a marketing tool, etc. You can upload an image, type a
description, and enter a URL for your free gift. You can edit your Free Gift at any
time.

The Credit Buckets
This is not all listed in the table above but is worth mentioning here as it is yet
another unique feature with our List Mailer. Although this is not a credit based List
Mailer, meaning you do not have to click on links in email ads to earn mailing
credits, we do use different types of credits in our system. There are 4 different
types of credits. Base Mailing Credits, Downline Mailing Credits, Bonus Mailing
Credits, and Master Credits.

Base Mailing Credits:  With most List Mailers, when you use your regular mailing,
you have to use all the mailing credits available to you at that time. We realize that
many marketers may want to send out more than one email ad if you are
promoting more than one product, opportunity, or service. When it’s time for you
to mail again you will have the ability to choose how many of your base mailing
credits you want to use. Your base mailing credit balance will refill again 2, 3 or 4
days later, depending on your membership level. As long as you use the balance of
your base mailing credits before that time you will not lose them.

Downline Mailing Credits:  All membership levels can add their own downline to
their mailings. Members at the Gold or higher level have an additional option.
They can choose to add the equivalent number in their downline as random
members to their base mailing count. For example, you have a downline of 200 in
the List Builder as a result of you getting referrals, them getting referrals, and so
on. You are at the Gold level. Every 4 days you get to email 3000 random
members. You can add to that mailing your downline of 200 or 200 additional
random members, the equivalent of your downline size. (Note: The List Builder

and MLM are separate. Any referrals of yours at any membership level are part of
your List Builder downline)

Master Credits:  This is something else unique to our List Mailer. Rather than have
separate types of credits for each advertising type, we offer Master Credits that
can be used for any and all types of advertising. Some ad types are more valuable
than others. In this case the system automatically converts your Master credits on
the fly and shows you how many you will use and what your balance will be.
Master credits can be converted to mailing credits, text ad credits, banner ad
credits, login page ad credits, or exit page ad credits. Master Credits may be won
as a result of a referral contest or other incentive and they are available for
purchase by members at any level in various quantities in your back office.
Executive members are the only members who receive free Master Credits
monthly. A value of $50 in free advertising every month.

Bonus Mailing Credits:  Any time you receive mailing credits as a bonus, they go
into your Bonus Mailing Credit bucket. These mailing credits may be used any time
and never expire. With each mailing you can choose how many of these credits
you want to use.

Executive Master Credit Conversion Bonus:  Executive members, once a month,
will be allowed to convert their Downline Mailing Credits to Master Credits.

Earning Commissions:  All membership levels, with the exception of Free
members, can earn commissions on referral purchases and/or upgrades. The
Bronze and Silver membership levels are the lower levels of membership that do
not participate in the MLM comp plan. There is a monthly fee for those levels and
Gold or higher members can still earn from referrals that choose either of those

levels. Gold and Platinum members earn 50% of the monthly fee every month.
Executive members earn 60%.

In addition to upgrade commissions, Gold and higher members earn commissions
on purchases made by all your referrals, no matter what level they are. For
example, you have a referral (Bob) who purchases 10,000 Master Credits. You are
a Gold member. You will earn a 50% commission on Bob’s purchase cost. This
actually gives our Elite membership levels an additional income stream.

Referral Credits:  All membership levels receive some amount of credits anytime
you refer someone who comes in at any level. For every membership level except
Executive, you earn mailing credits. Executives earn Master Credits.

Total Ads Allowed in Rotation:  This will be a cumulative total of all ad types. For
example, if you are a Gold member you are allowed to have up to 10 ads in
rotation at any given time. You may have 4 banner ads, 3 text ads, 2 login page
ads, and 1 exit page ad going. Or you may choose to run 10 banner ads.

Multiple Positions and How That Affects You
As you know, during our prelaunch phase, everyone who joins is given a free tri‐
pack (3 positions). The reason we did this is because the Platinum and Executive
levels give you more than one position in the MLM compensation plan, or in the
matrix. When it comes time to switch over to the live system at launch time, it’s
easier to compress out all non‐upgraded positions than it is to try and insert them
after the fact.

Look at the base monthly product cost in the table above. At the Gold level it is
$50 a month. That’s for one position. A Platinum member gets 2 positions, better
benefits, and pays $100 a month. An Executive member gets 3 positions, even
better and more benefits, and pays $150 a month.

At this point, don’t think about that being your actual cost every month because
you don’t know enough about the compensation plan yet. You’re about to learn
why that amount will quickly become insignificant.

Remember we’ve been telling you since the Prelaunch opened that anyone can
Break Even with Only 2 and it doesn’t matter who put those 2 there. This is by far
one of the most powerful features our business model has to offer. If a member
can break even quickly, or even cover half their cost quickly, they are not very
likely to quit. In MLM one of the worst things we all have to deal with is Attrition.
This single feature does a lot to significantly reduce Attrition. Let’s break this down
so you can actually see how that happens.

We’ll start with a Gold account. A Gold member gets one position in the matrix.

Our compensation plan is based on a 2x4 matrix. I’m only showing you the top 3
positions. The red circles are your first level.

When someone falls in position 1 or 2 on your first level, whether that is from
spillover or you personally sponsoring someone, each of those 2 positions will add
$25 a month to your residual income. Therefore, when both are filled, you earn
$50 a month. As a Gold member your cost is $50 a month so now your cost is
covered. You are break even.

Now let’s look at Platinum and how that differs. The base product cost for a
Platinum member is $100 a month.

A Platinum member gets 2 positions or what we call a Duo‐Pack. The second
position falls on the first level of your first position. Since the first level pays $25 a
month, a Platinum member has instant earnings which will show up in your
approved earnings balance. Although a Platinum member pays $100 a month, that
really only applies for the first payment. From the second month forward the
actual cost is $75. But, it gets much better…

Positions 1, 2 and 3 in the above diagram represent more first level positions to
you. As each of those positions fill, it adds another $25 a month to your residual
income. Again, those positions can fill from spillover or from you personally
sponsoring people or from a combination of both. When position 1 is filled your
actual monthly cost drops to $50. When all 3 of those first level positions are filled
you are earning $100 a month which means you are now at break even.

Another very important point to make is that your 2nd position is sponsored by
your first position. If you read the PDF Overview document (link is just above the
link for this document) you may remember how we talked about our Bonus
System and how sponsoring just one person promotes you to Journeyman. In this
example above, your first position instantly becomes a Journeyman which unlocks
a 50% bonus on your Base Income and Progressive income.

Now let’s look at the highest membership level. Executive members pay $150 a
month and get 3 positions, formed as a Tri‐Pack. See diagram below.

The 3 YOU positions are your Tri‐Pack. Your 2nd and 3rd positions instantly fill the
first level of your first position, also referred to in a Tri‐Pack as your top most
position.

Although the base cost for Executive is $150 a month, you basically get an instant
residual rebate of $50 a month, making it more like a Buy 2, Get 1 Free deal. Yet
with a Tri‐Pack you are more than tripling your income potential.

Positions 1 and 2 in red are the first level of your 2nd position. Positions 3 and 4 in
red are the first level of your 3rd position. As each of those holes fill, from spillover
or personal sponsorship, it adds another $25 a month to your residual income.
When 2 of them are filled you are only out of pocket $50 a month. When all 4 of
them are filled you get that highest level of membership, all the benefits that
come with it, and you can make over 3 times what a Gold member can make.

Your top most position instantly becomes a Master, unlocking a 100% bonus on
your Base income and Progressive income. In other words, that one position will
make double what your other 2 positions make or what any Apprentice in this

business model will make. Not to mention the fact that you have 3 positions
earning instead of just 1.

Why Coming in as Executive Now is Better
If, when you first upgrade, you choose the Executive level, the system will
automatically form your Tri‐Pack as in the diagram above. If you come in at the
Platinum level your Duo‐Pack will be formed with your 2nd position directly under
your first.

If you come in at the Gold level and wait to get some spillover or after you sponsor
1 or 2 people, then go upgrade to Executive, your 2nd and 3rd positions will be
placed in the first open hole in your downline, under your first position and of
course with your first position being the sponsor of both your 2nd and 3rd positions.

We don’t want to discourage you from starting off at a lower level and upgrading
later but it is important that you understand there is a major advantage to getting
your tri‐pack from the beginning.

Besides, we have seen this before in other programs and it almost always ends up
with a quick upgrade. For example, there’s ABC Company that offers a tri‐pack as
an option and they too have this Break Even with 2 feature. I am promoting ABC
and encouraging people to get the tri‐pack when they join. Some do and some
don’t. Those who don’t immediately get 2 in spillover from me which covers their
cost for that one position they got. Now they come back to me asking how they
can get the other 2 positions. In some cases going back to get more positions later
is not even an option. In our system it will be an option.

Understanding the power of a tri‐pack will enable you to maximize your income
potential.

First, let’s assume you join and upgrade immediately to the Executive level. Now
you have this tri‐pack formed as in the diagram below. Any spillover you get now
will have to fall under, not one, but two of your positions. The first person you get
in spillover will definitely increase your monthly residual by $25.

Now let’s look at what happens the other way. You join as Gold so you start off
with this…

Next you get some spillover and maybe sponsor 1 or 2 people so you have some
downline, you’re making more money, and now you want to upgrade to Executive.
Below is a diagram of what your downline might look like. This is just an example.

Notice how your 2nd and 3rd positions can fall anywhere under you in the first open
holes available.

The next person to fall under you from spillover can land in any of the empty red
spaces. All of those holes would put them under your first position but only 2 of
those holes would put them under your first and second positions. That whole
bottom level you see there will have to fill before spillover will drop to the next
level under your 3rd position.

If you are sponsoring people yourself you can easily speed up the process. The
system automatically looks to see if you have multiple positions and if each one
has at least 2 referrals. It will placed your referrals as such until your 2nd and 3rd
positions have 2 each and then anyone else you bring in will go back to being
sponsored by your top most position.

Something else to think about concerning tri‐packs, for people actively marketing
this, if you are encouraging the Executive level, it takes a lot less people to fill your
matrix and advance to the next Class.

Our system is based on a 2x4 matrix. That means there are 30 positions under you
that need to fill in order to advance you to the next Class. If all those people are at
the Gold level, it takes 30 people. If all those people were at the Executive level it
would only take 10 people.

Note: Downgrading will also be an option. If you decide to come in at the
Executive level and at some point you decide you just cannot afford to pay the full
price, you will be able to downgrade to Platinum or Gold. If and when that
happens your deactivated positions will be compressed out of the matrix. Any
personal sponsorship by those additional positions will be rolled up to your top
most position as the sponsor.
