Insights proved to us that #ITC Gardenia Bengaluru is a loved hotel all over the city. We wanted to capitalize on the same and launched the hotel on social media with #LoveITCGardenia. The plan was to take our fans through a visually appealing tour of the hotel through various outreach strategies. For Facebook through narrative videos we highlighted might of the ITC Gardenia. On Instagram, through a visually appealing grid, we showcased the various facets of the hotel viz suites, spa, pool, lobby, restaurants etc. To commemorate the launch of the hotel on social media, we launched our Sunday brunch by giving fans a LIVE walk through of the spread with the help of our chef. For some key opinion leaders, we sent out special cupcakes to a few Bengaluru based folks who in turn uploaded the same on their social channels.
