Information gathering / offering
At our company, we take the time to understand our clients' unique needs and requirements. We carefully research and present the
best alternative routes through our trusted partners, and provide a minimum of two options that align with the client's specified
criteria. In the event of any deviations from the norm during transportation, we work closely with the customer to find solutions and
resolve any issues. Our approach is to offer practical solutions, not just a list of services and prices.
We attach the contract/annex
To ensure clear communication and understanding, we establish a comprehensive service agreement and any
necessary annexes. This includes a detailed contract outlining terms and obligations for specific shipments.
Planning/loading
We collect all the necessary documents to run the process; We insure the cargo, the contact data
of the manufacturer(s), we establish communication with him (them) in the appropriate language
and we plan to pick up the cargo, we allow the transport to load.
statuses and process management
A customer success manager is involved in the shipping process, who manages
