13. Every action of the son of Adam is given manifold reward, each good deed receiving ten
times its like, up to seven hundred times. Allah the Most High said, 'Except for fasting, for it
is for Me and I will give recompense for it, he leaves off his desires and his food for Me.' For
the fasting person there are two times of joy; a time when he breaks his fast and a time of
joy when he meets his Lord, and the smell coming from the mouth of the fasting person is
better with Allah than the smell of musk. Al-Bukhari

24. Do not envy one another, and do not inflate prices for one another, and do not hate one another, and do not turn away from one
another, and do not undercut one another in trade, but [rather] be slaves of Allah and brothers [amongst yourselves]. A Muslim is
the brother of a Muslim: he does not oppress him, nor does he fail him, nor does he lie to him, nor does he hold him in contempt.
Taqwa (piety) is right here [and he pointed to his chest three times]. It is evil enough for a man to hold his brother Muslim in
contempt. The whole of a Muslim is inviolable for another Muslim: his blood, his property, and his honour

25. '(Allah says) Every deed of the son of Adam is for him, except fasting; it is for me and I shall reward for it. Fasting is a
shield. If any one of you is fasting, let him no utter obscene talk or raise his voice in anger, and if anyone insults him or wants to
fight, let him say: I am fasting. By the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, the smell coming from the mouth of the
fasting person is better before Allah than the fragrance of musk. The fasting person has two moments of joy: When he breaks
his fast he rejoices at breaking his fast and when he meets his Lord, the Mighty and Sublime, he will rejoice at having fasted."
