• 1 Year experience as HSE Officer in POL at Rig# SCR-1 from 23-08-2010 to 15-11-2011.
Responsibilities:-
Coordinates all the activities related to implementation of Company’s health, safety and
environmental policy, procedures and guidelines as instructed by Manager.
Support Manager in the following activities: Risk identification, Management, Elimination, Incident
reporting & investigation, Safety Induction & orientations.
Various compliance activities and implementation of various aspects of management systems in all
areas of HSE.
Conducting awareness trainings and refreshers for visitors & existing crew.
Team member in conducting inspections and assessments. Record-keeping and other general
administrative duties.
Manage safety performance and required weekly reports.
Attend monthly onsite contractor safety meetings, briefings & drills.
Supervise Rig Up & Rig Down activities.

Responsibilities:-
To demonstrate and promote safety leadership.
To ensure all rig personnel understand and comply with all quality and HSE requirements.
To advise rig personnel on HSE matters.
To ensure all reporting meets in a timely manner.
Personally responsible for own safety & also co-workers.
Coordinate with the Rig Manager & HSE Manager involving HSE concerns.
Consult & advise direct Drilling operations in matter relating HSE.
Liaison with Operator in regards to HSE matters.
Maintaining internal and external reporting according to established system.
Consultation with outside experts on HSE matters when required.
Participate in and coordination of rig HSE meetings.
Participate in Regulatory, operator and internal QHSE audits.
Participate in local HSE groups, to include operators, government and other drilling contractors.
Responsible for adherence to company guidelines.
Maintaining and updating Rig evacuation plans, Procedures and measures.
Provide information to management on accidents/incidents in a timely manner according to

Monitor compliance against the monthly HSE schedule.
Monitor /chair/participate in regularly schedule scheduled HSE meetings held at rigs and camps.
Implementation of the Procedures: Permit to Work system, Lock-out/tag-out system, and Hazardous
chemical-MSDS, PPE system, H2S Awareness and other required training activities.
Monitor readiness/response to emergency situations through regularly held and documented drills.
Maintenance of the corrective Action Register for non-compliance items arising from meetings and
inspections.
Maintenance of the lifting & Slings Register and Inspection Program for rigs in area.
Monitor compliance with Travel/Journey Management System where applicable.

Responsibilities:-
Ensure that the safe working procedures have been implemented.
Ensure that the emergency procedures have been implemented.
Train personnel in emergency procedures.
Experienced in developing and implementing health & safety management system including writing
& developing HSE management elements.
Initiate and participate into the Emergency Drills & prepare relevant reports.
Ensure that emergency drills are planned and conducted on regular base.
Participate and organize personnel during the Disaster Drills.
Promote Project HSE Plan by personal example.
Monitor JSA program & ensure it is implemented on site.
Monitor HO card system.
Ensure DROP program is implemented by all the Departments.
