Teaches a relevant topic that is traditionally not
taught by either schools/colleges or parents.

2. Customer pain point addressed
Even as financial products and services get more
and more complex, most people do not understand
enough “finance” to take informed decisions.
Currently it is the salesmen and intermediaries who
are doing the “educating”. Customers are relying on
their financial barbers to tell them if they need a hair
cut!
The products that are shoved down the customer’s
throat are not necessarily the ones that benefit him.
Need for a neutral ( as in someone not selling a
product or service) business to offer financial
education.

3. What we do
We conduct what we call financial literacy
and money education courses.
Our courses help people make better
financial decisions, by reducing both type
1 and type 2 errors.
We also have programmes for school
children where we teach financial
literacy, which is not taught by their
parents or in their schools.

4. USP
Great content.
We are not aligned with any financial service
provider. We are under no pressure to push
substandard financial products.
Pedigree of the founders and their passion for

programmes are being rolled out in markets that
are highly quality conscious.

5. Profile of Founders
Venkatesh Varadachari : Has over 14 years of portfolio
management experience with hedge funds and trading
companies like Cargill, Black River Asset
Management, Indea Capital and Millennium Partners.
Venky has a PGDM from IIM,Bangalore and a MFE from
NUS, Singapore.
Thillai Rajan : Thillai Rajan is currently an Associate
Professor in the Department of Management Studies at
IIT Madras. Prior to joining academia, Thillai has over 8
years of experience in leading corporations such as
IL&FS Investment Managers and Infosys Technologies.
Thillai did his graduation in engineering from BITS
Pilani, and later completed his doctoral program in
management from IIM,Bangalore.
