The purpose of our magazine.
The purpose of the magazine is a mix of
inform and entertain with the emphasis
on entertainment.
This will be achieved by having fun and
engaging content like celebrity Q&A
sessions.
Give a platform to those who may have
not had it before.
Will notify and encourage people to go to
music events and festivals.

3. Competition
• The competition for this magazine will
be other similar modern hip hop
magazines.
• There is a need for this type of magazine
in the UK with there being no targeted
and dedicated magazine to just Hip
hop.
• This is key as the scalability of the
magazine outside of Hertfordshire is
huge.
• The two main competitors are:
• Hip hop Weekly, first released in
2006 with it being based in Atlanta.
• The source magazine, based in
America with it releasing in 1988.

magazine that is a premium
