5. Autumnarrived and the treesbeganloosingtheirleaves; the grasswasgetting more and more yellow and sparse. Onemorningwhen the fieldswerecoveredwithhoarfrost the grasshopperwoke up anffeltcold, but he kept on playing, while the antwas in herwarm and quiet home.

6. A suddencoldfrosted the last leave: winterhadarrived. Itstartedsnowing and the grasshoppercouldn’tfindanything to eat. Hungry and shivering of cold, shethoughtwithregret of the warmth, the summermelodies and the wiseant…
