  1. HELLO! - To YOUR BRAND and Team - Hello! I hope all is well on your end! After reading this, let’s speak about Social Branding options (only that there was interest in more information). Let’s can make Social Media work for you in promoting your brand, optimizing your name in search engines and bringing about great Brand Awareness result!. My company provides Social Branding, Event Marketing and Public Relations via Advanced Internet Marketing tactics. Implementing a mixture of the three would be great in molding your brand’s presence in an Online and Mobile arena, as everything is beginning to be powered primarily by mobile in our evolving Tech Worlds. To begin any project, we would need to set a budget based on needs and deliverables. My standard packages start at $1500 a month each. However, if two services are selected, the price becomes $2500 and $3000 if there are three. The reason for this is that all three elements help shape one another and can be streamlined to enhance the brand’s full potential on the web. These prices are also lowered, because some of these packages include very similar tasks. The price will go up if more people are needed to be added to the team. This will be discussed upon planning for the brand’s presence. We can lower this rate based on needs if you cannot afford this rate. The price does not skyrocket with additions to the team. So, please keep this peace of mind. I would like to point out, however, that we do provide quality servicing at a very low cost. Most projects for something like Public Relations, alone, for major agencies start at $15,000 a month and your project isn’t always given a personalized touch. You can clearly see the benefits of using our packaging. For this particular pricing, I have given a quick proposal that I hope will interest you in our servicing. While there will be quite a few “extras” included once these elements are established, these are the terms available for this budget. Once implementation begins, we can adjust these options to fulfill any Social Media and Brand Awareness Campaign that we decide to include in your Internet Marketing Process. This does not include expenses for memberships, outsourced opportunities, advertising, etc. If you decide to go with our servicing, I would also like to add these types of campaigns that require expenses. It would be up to your team to discuss which types of expenses you would be comfortable with providing for and your budget. These items may include memberships to privileged networks, social media advertising campaigns, search engine marketing, advertising space on large web outlets and even press release distribution to major news outlets. Many of these expenses can be taken care of through sponsorships if you are open to them. Now that the financial part of this proposal is out of the way, let’s get back to the purpose of this proposal. With this proposal, I have outlined key services and for some, elaborate with side notes for furthered understanding. I have also included a few suggested features to consider for the future, as they will drastically help you to excel, especially through a few of my own “Trade Secret Techniques” that I really can’t disclose in order to make this project soar! These items will lead to a perception that will dominate decisions for onlookers, including investors, sponsors, advertisers and so on. It will lead to Brand Loyalty and tenure. BUT, like i said, THIS CANNOT BE DISCLOSED. I just wanted to make note that I will be implementing a few of my own tactics. In addition to this list, I will also be promoting you on my own Social Channels and through my own blasts to help accelerate the marketing process. I have many Brand Loyalists that share and take interest in any projects that myself or my company works on. My interns, independent contractors and employees will also do this. We only use these channels if we have faith in a project, because our loyalists have been built over time. This is only an “extra” to what we will be doing for your brand on a regular basis. You will notice that within this proposal, I have included more about myself and my company so that you get a better understanding of my mission and what I have been doing, as well as my experience and training. I want you to know that you are in good hands. Alongside this “SCRAPBOOK” of information, I have also attached my resume and a VERY GENERAL MARKETING OVERVIEW that I usually use to train my interns. I figured that it may be helpful in discussing any terms you may not be aware of or to give a better understanding to our approach in the marketplace. The below simplified list includes a mixture of all three packages, while each package and task is broken down on separate pages, in case you want to “pick and choose” or use only one type of packaging. Please keep in mind, these packages work best when merged together and moulded into one marketing plan. + Blogging + Social Media Campaigns + Social Interactions + Social Media Releases + Online Press Releases + Sponsorship Outreach + Cross Promotion Outreach + Backlinking + Physical/Online Publication Outreach + SEO of all Social Media and Content + Niche Network Activity + Content Copywriting + E-mail Marketing + Event Awareness Campaigns + Brand & Reputation Monitoring + Design Strategies BREAKDOWNS Here is the breakdown of each task we will be implementing in your Brand Awareness Social Branding Campaign: *These tasks are not given in detail, but rather in subgroups for specific types of work done within each package. The final package agreement will decide whether or not these or other options are needed in creating the ultimate package for the brand and the frequency of each. SOCIAL BRANDING & DESIGN STRATEGIES -Shorty Produkshins provides Social Branding and Design Strategies in creating a perception of specific brand persona for the brand on an Online presence. It is known that if a consumer feels a personal connection to the brand, they will treat the brand with “friendship” and “loyalty.” We create an persona that simulates the brand on an Online platform -- cross platform -- in bringing unity to social presences and allowing consumers to believe the brand is their “friend.” From here, trust leads to sales and consumption, as well as social conversation surrounding the brand, shares and Word of Mouth Marketing, the hardest form of marketing to achieve! SOCIAL CONVERSATIONS & 1-ON-1 INTERACTIONS W/ POTENTIAL CONSUMERS - Creating conversation through group and one-on-one means is a way to keep people speaking about your brand in a positive light and to refer others to your brand’s presence. It is all about brand awareness, and bringing personalization and discussion is key in creating a cloud of audience members who are now brand enthusiasts that make your brand part of their daily life. SOCIAL INTEGRATIONS - Any task completed by us will integrate some sort of social integration. We will encourage conversation and sharing of “the discussion.” Brand Awareness with a call to action almost ensures sales every time (once Brand Trust has been established). SOCIAL MEDIA & AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS - We will use the content generated by your teams and bring awareness to them. We will also create campaigns that allows consumers to take part of the action. Through this, they feel privilege and the ability to become part of the story! These will be fun and very effective! CROSS PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND PLACEMENTS - We work to achieve cross promotional opportunities and strategic placement for your brand in front of shared target markets and in providing incentives to current audiences through contests and giveaways. This will encourage viral sharing and grasp new consumer loyalists through cross promotional awareness! FOLLOWERS, FRIENDS AND LIKES - REAL LIKES, REAL CONVERSATIONS. REAL INTERACTIONS. NICHE NETWORK INFILTRATION - Not many brands actually do this, but it is a very effective tool in claiming untouched markets and grasping quicker loyalties. BREAKDOWNS:Here is more of the breakdown of each task we will be implementing in your Social Branding Campaign: SOCIAL UPKEEP AND CONTENT CREATION - We will continuously update your social media platforms and create engaging content that encourages “likes” and shares of content, continuing the viral process and ensuring Brand Awareness. Shorty’s Playground eventually closed doors in 2010, after privatizing completely in 2009. The label found International success, due to use of the Internet, but on a very “underground” level. There were releases in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, multiple parts of Africa, Canada, Australia, Brazil and other parts of the World. Compilations and mixtape projects were distributed to and widely accepted in these countries, all initially from a home computer in a very basic studio setup. As mass production of consumer recording equipment intensified and the prices became more affordable to consumers all over the World, the economy of the Recording Industry depreciated, as it also became saturated. Shorty Produkshins found itself evolve into a Productions Company with “a caravan of Producers.” The company sought to supply the demand of “instrumental beats” to audiences far and wide! After all, “everybody and their mama” was a “Rapper” at the time. Unfortunately, these “Rappers” became “Producers,” as well, and were contributing to the declining dollar value of a quality instrumental. Being that Shorty Produkshins only took a percentage of sales from Producers signed to the label, investments of time and money were not seeing a large enough return for the company to continue this route. Sure, it was very successful in the beginning, as the company has always been known for “selling beats;” but when the company was used to taking 25-50% of the profits from a beat that sold for $1,000 and up and now having to settle for sales ranging between $25-$100, profits were declining rapidly.It was no longer worth the energy. Jessica N. Abraham, in returning to the drawing board, desperately trying to continue her company’s success in business, decided drastic changes needed to be made. Paying attention to the fact that Shorty Produkshins had been in demand for the care that they continually gave to clients and Shorty Produkshins’ artists and producers, she decided that the “side services” requested were the reason that a majority of this demand and success from the demand came about. She decided that it was due to the Internet Marketing and Public Relations-type work executed within the company. She began on a journey to bring light back into her company. She began going full throttle, working with artists, Independently, and that had not been in the limelight for a while. Through this journey, Jessica Abraham was brought into the path with one Xavier Ramseur. It has always been her life’s work to use the company, which was formed as a necessity, to promote worthwhile projects that can better uplift communities.
