• Preparing the cash & fund flow statement, balance

• Following up of bills receivables after invoicing to debtors, conducting ageing analysis with an aim to keep receivables
under control
• Ensuring that all payments are made to suppliers within the stipulated timeframe and managing accounts payable within
the pre-set parameters
• Preparing custom duties register, stock report & packaging material reports
• Ensuring and managing payments, checking them with local purchase order (LPO) & Foreign Purchase Order (FPO)
• Drafting creditor outstanding statement and periodically submitting payable report to F&A Manager
• Responsible for the company HR policy comprising of Quality Policy, Environmental Policy, Health and Safety
