Web Branding?
 Web branding refers to the sum total of a company`s
values, attitudes, vision, mission, personality and
appearance that is projected to the audience online
through the medium of internet.
 It is a brand management technique that uses
the World Wide Web (WWW) as a medium for
positioning a brand in the marketplace.
Why Web Branding?
• Web branding is the next wave of development online.
• Web branding is how you market yourself to others through
internet.
• Web brand is a digital representation of yourself.
• Web branding is who you are and what you stand for, and to
make people aware about that online.
Need of Web branding…
Strengthen the customer relationship
The Internet is a powerful branding tool for many
businesses as it offers numerous ways to promote a
business. Interactivity as one of the natures of the
Internet helps companies communicate the brand
messages instantly and talk to consumers directly,
generating exclusive and individual interactions with
them.
Helps in better sales & Brand loyalty
It helps in developing awareness about brands
which leads to the boost up in the sales of brand,
and that would ultimately leads to brand loyalty.

Elements of Web Traffic Plans…
1. CREATE: Generate Remarkable Content.
The first step to a successful web traffic plan is creating
content on your website that people want to read. This
can be in the form of new website pages, blog posts,
videos, podcast, e-book, Webinar, etc. The easiest way
for most small businesses to get started is to set up a
blog and start writing. The information should be
useful to your readers and it must capture their
attention. If your content is informative and it engages
the reader, they will be more likely to share your
content with their peers and friends through social
media channels.
2. Optimize: Search Engine Optimization.
Once you have created your new blog post, or other
form of content, you must optimize it for search
engines. Each blog post should be created around
keyword phrases that you want to rank on Google
for. You should include this keyword in your blog
title, heading tags, meta description and throughout
the blog text itself; however, you need to use them
naturally and make sure you're not keyword
stuffing.
3. Promote: Use Social Media To Share Your
Content.
Social media has been integrated into everything we do
online these days. Make sure you include ways for people to
share you content on social media channels like Facebook,
Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.
This means you need to have social media sharing buttons
on your blog, website and e-books. If your content is
remarkable, then readers will gladly share your article with
people in their network. So make it as easy as possible for
them to do so.
4. Analyse: Wash, Rinse, Repeat.
Once thing that gives web branding a leg up on traditional
advertising channels like TV, radio and magazines, is the ability
to track and analyse the metrics. Using good analytics tools such
as Google Analytics or HubSpot, you can see who your visitors are,
where they are coming from, what they have done on your website or
blog, and what content they prefer. This allows you to see what
things on your website are working and what things aren't. The
simple rule here is: do more of the things that are working well and
cut out the things that don't work

• A Web portal is a specially designed website that
brings information from diverse sources, like emails,
forums and search engines, together in a uniform
way.
• It is required to create and maintain the web portal
that is being developed for the web designing of
brand.
• It brings all the required data from each medium
and delivers the information.
