 Jobs that are on some level routine, repetitive and predictable” - possible to replicate
 Jobs that were once regarded as secure jobs, such as office workers, administrative
personnel, and even law - Future technology enable people to work more flexibly.
 Jobs based on big data analysis, such as credit analysts, financial advisers, mathematical
technicians - Computers can store, access, analyze, interpret and draw inferences from big
data with more accuracy.

KERJAYA YANG BERTAHAN
 Jobs requiring a level of human interaction or guiding robot behavior. - Skilled people will be
working with robots and machines, not competing with them.
 Jobs involving building complex relationships with people, especially customer-facing jobs to
supply personalized services, such as sales engineers, mental health and substance abuse
social workers and mental health counselors. - high interpersonal skills, teamwork and
leadership.
 Jobs that are highly unpredictable such as emergency management directors and repairers. –

touch with those who you need to be touch with.

KERJAYA YANG BERISIKO  Jobs that are on some level routine, repetitive and predictable” - possible to replicate  Jobs that were once regarded as secure jobs, such as office workers, administrative personnel, and even law - Future technology enable people to work more flexibly.  Jobs based on big data analysis, such as credit analysts, financial advisers, mathematical technicians - Computers can store, access, analyze, interpret and draw inferences from big data with more accuracy. KERJAYA YANG BERTAHAN  Jobs requiring a level of human interaction or guiding robot behavior. - Skilled people will be working with robots and machines, not competing with them.  Jobs involving building complex relationships with people, especially customer-facing jobs to supply personalized services, such as sales engineers, mental health and substance abuse social workers and mental health counselors. - high interpersonal skills, teamwork and leadership.  Jobs that are highly unpredictable such as emergency management directors and repairers. – difficult and relatively uneconomical to automate.  Jobs on training and education.  Jobs that require a high degree of imagination, creative analysis, and strategic IR.40

Better processes transform to better contribution at work. • Get creative – by being around creative people, keep learning and implementing new skills in a practical manner • Network smartly and continuously so that you always in touch with those who you need to be touch with.
