 Execution of employee communication plan to enhance employee engagement
and strengthen employer branding
 Innovate and conceive approaches to engage employees in out location offices
besides the town office through employee-connect programs and messages
 Knowledge of web 2.0 technologies for managing intranet with focus on content
management and communication direction
Event Management
 Capable of designing and executing internal and external events of small and
large scale involving key stakeholders
 Ability to brief the specifications clearly and negotiate with service providers within
approved budget
 Understand unique business requirements and manage within the overall
organizational policies and processes
 Support various functions in the organization with creative concepts and content
development for their campaigns
 Able to deal with vendors as and when required to procure gifts and other items
Media Relations
 Content development and editing – Press release, Corporate messaging, draft
articles, FAQs, etc.
 Knowledge about managing evangelist program, Social Media influencers through
innovative tools and approaches
 Agency management – Regular follow up and engagement with agency for timely
deliverables
Strategy Development
 Conceptualizing and developing the core brand strategy
 Unearth insights from primary and secondary sources, be the voice of
stakeholders and consistently sharpen strategic focus
 Interface with the cross functional teams on key brand and business projects
Creative Development
 Complete oversight from brief to output for all ATL campaigns
 Manage third party vendors to ensure we get best in class quality services
In Market Efficiency
 Ensure management of timelines for campaign development
 Ensure total compliance with brand guidelines
 Communicate with circles to ensure most effective deployment of campaigns
Relationship Development
 Maintain cross functional interaction with major stakeholders and functional
groups
Corporate Social Responsibility
 Knowledge about CSR and sustainability programs and its latest trends
 Experience of managing community projects with measurable outcome
 Responsible for overseeing implementation of CSR across the organization
 Engaging employees in volunteering activities and driving PR mileage from such
initiatives
 Assisting in creation of annual CSR / sustainability targets for the organization
 Tracking volunteer hours and activities of volunteers across the organization
