 Provided organizational and administrativesupportto the TourismServices Officer and Events
 Marketing Representative.
 Co-ordinated the logistical planningof travel trade Familiarization Tripsprogrammes.
 Assist/Co-ordinate with the planning and execution of on-island events hosted by the
Department, as well as overseas promotional events.
 Worked with the Department to enhance the profile of the destination in local and overseas
media.
 Assist/Co-ordinate & Execute with the on-island arrangements for
prizewinners from various marketing promotions (U.S., Canada, and U.K.) Planned and organize
my own schedule, met deadlines as outlined by Managers, or as required within the parameters
of a particular project.
 Worked closely with all staff in the Marketing Unit, as well as with staff in the other Units as
needed in the execution of the principal responsibilities of this post.
 Worked with the local tourismassociations in theoverall coordination and of the Familiarization
 Trip Programme as well as other special events.
 Made recommendations with regard to further development of this area of work.
 Member of the Pirates Week Committee for the Department advised future development as well
as working closely with the Executive Director in making this National Festival a continued
success froma Tourism Destination.
 President of the Departments Social Committee which seeks ways to motivate and encourage
colleagues to get the best out of themselves, by havingfun whileworking.
 Managed and Executed 2009 Cayman Islands Jazz Festival Transportation for Alecia Keys and
Entourage as well as other International ArtistKirk Franklin,TerrenceHoward and Keith Sweat.
