2. Overview - Aadhar
Aadhar is considered as the proof of residence and identity across the country
GoI is Using JAM Trinity (Jan Dhan, Aadhar, Mobile) to weed out the corruption &
Leakages, and provide transparent & accountable system to transfer the subsidy in the
form of DBT, to account directly.
Out of every Rs. 100 /- only ~ Rs. 21/- was reaching the poor, hence there’s scope to
gain the revenue and make the model sustainable while addressing the concerns raised
by the court regarding privacy, surveillance, and Exclusion of the genuine beneficiary.

By introducing the scheme of updating the address & id every 20 years, will make ~125
Crore our targeted segment in 20 years.
Charge only Rs. 10/- to make such changes.
Charges for updating mobile/email: Rs. 2/- (Chatbot/AI will make it easier)

Outsourced to AWS Amazon Lex chatbot services provided by Amazon
This technology will reduce the burden on the system, improve the efficiency and reduce the corruption
as time & date will be scheduled prior to visiting the place.
Bank can be the outlet, as there’s less chance of corruption - e-receipt, online payment is easier, etc.
