• Due to shortage of time and resources this
research is delimited in Multan city.
• 5 boys and 5 girls schools are taken.

Research design Descriptive research and survey method
Population All primary school teachers,head teachers
and parents.
Sample Convenient sampling for taking data from 30
members including 10 teachers,10 head teachers an 10 parents

• 50 persent of people say that high dropout is
due to teacher harsh behaviour
• 30 persent of people say that dropout is due
to poverty
• 20 persent people say that dropout is due to
lack of facilities in school

• Teachers behavior must
be polite with students
• It is also suggested that
the government should
provide basic facilities
like drinking water,
electricity, toilet, sitting
–mats, furniture, and
black boards on priority
bases.
