  1. 1. 1 We are all overloaded with theory, strategies, trends and commentary on digital and organizational transformation. What we need now is more practical, operational and workable ideas on the “how”. The How To Quick Poll That is why I ran a one-question Quick Poll in February asking organizations to share their toughest challenges. The results are summarized in this short document. Help people take ownership of their own development and start looking for opportunities to learn. The most relevant challenge is how to get people personally involved with their own work and their own future, and give them the courage and trust to take action. Keep the organization aligned with the needs of all generations within an organization. Internal cooperation is still a challenge - some groups still do not see the value of letting go of what they see as their domain in order to move the entire organization forward.
