Treatment Team Member responsible for assigning areas of accountability to counseling staff,
utilizing treatment plan goals. Provided 24-hour on-call coverage for crisis prevention.

Experience – I have fourteen years of leadership and training experience. As the Administrative Pastor at The

site development and community outreach. For three years, as a Senior Residential Counselor at SERV
Behavioral Health Systems, I trained new hires in the areas of consumer care and company technologies. Also,
I have six years experience as a Care Manager where I trained, coordinated and built team to provide
wraparound services to children and their families.
Character – On my Annual Employee Performance Appraisals, I always scored in the outstanding range in

Education – I am an honors graduate with a BA in Criminal Justice from Temple University. I have a NJ
Substitute Teacher Certification and am currently working on my Masters of Science in Organization
Leadership. I will be graduating with my Masters in December of this year.
