level management positions were eliminate in many areas)
 Supervised and provided installation and integration services for an $11M Digivance
Project for Verizon Wireless at various sites as well as managing other contractors who
provided the remote equipment and antenna installation.
 Worked with various City agencies, Cal-Trans and others to produce a very successful
project that earned ADC a great deal of supplemental work opportunities for several
years.
 Supervised the entire build-out of Verizon Wireless Azusa hub generating another very
successful project that earned ADC a great deal of additional work opportunities
including over a year’s worth of work coming in under budget.
 Managed installers to convey the ADC Way and provide quality installations in a timely
manner while stressing the importance of customer completion dates and adhering to
maximum direct margin guidelines.
