dependency on old economy and fossil fuels

countries is key for a fast transition
→UNFCCC process and the MWP
are well positioned to accelerate

including key findings, opportunities and barriers, in
implementing the MWP with a view to
recommending a draft decision for consideration and
adoption by the CMA
