Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for ensuring the delivery of a quality testing service across different business delivery
areas, also ensuring that test activities are conducted properly and adhering to the laid down guidelines
and agreed governance processes are followed correctly within the Application Support testing delivery
area.
Manage senior business and IS Stakeholders across different areas of the wider British Gas business,
while maintaining a deep understanding of the needs of the different stakeholders to ensure all testing
delivery activities deliver the utmost value for money. Also ensuring stakeholder feedback is cascaded to
the team to enable continuous improvement of the team’s ways of working
Manage service of Application Support (BAU) test factory services in providing strategic direction and
operational leadership in forming the testing and assurance strategy within the Application Support test
delivery area, also ensuring that suppliers are meeting the agreed and stipulated standard of delivery.

Test Manager – Application Support Test Delivery for British Gas Information Systems (Residential, Business,
Services and Insurance for all SAP Components and critical Non SAP Components) March 2012 – Present
Primary point of contact into the Application Support Testing Team (BAU) providing testing delivery
services to Senior Stakeholders both within IS and the wider business community for small change and
incident fixes. This includes quality assurance utilizing a combination of 3rd party and internal capabilities.
