Reply of First Appeal by Registrar Admin & FAA , Supreme Court of India dated 23.02.2017 against Violation of set practice, procedure and rules by the Registrar of this Hon'ble Court as laid down in the Handbook of this Hon'ble Court Refused to reply against Eight Questions pertaining to the act of Registrar Misc & Mentioning Officer in connection with three Applications dated 03.10.2016; dated 06.10.2016 and dated 18.10.2016 filed by the petitioners against Writ Criminal 136 of 2016 which have been either suppressed or spoiled by the Registrar Misc and Mentioning Officer and not placed before the Court of Law to make the Writ Criminal 136 of 2016 liable to be dismissed by two judges' bench.
