Sir/Madam,
1. That under signed is PIP (Petitioner-in-Person) in Writ Petition Criminal Diary No.
18546/2022.
2. That the call comes from you on 19.01.2022 at 16::45pm for appearance at Payal
Court, Section X of Supreme Court of India at 14:00pm dated 20.01.2022 and Delhi
Police, Head Constable Mr. Rajesh Kumar Meena, P.S. Patparganj Industrial Area
picks up PIP at around 19:00pm dated 19.01.2023 for framing Rape Case against him
u/s 376 IPC.

3. That PIP made Photo Entry Pass for Payal Court, Section X of Supreme Court of
India on 20.01.2023, 21.01.2023 and 23.01.2023 and supplied you with a PIP copy of
petition for your help.
4. That PIP complied your all instructions on 20.01.2023 & 21.01.2023 and signed
your office file on 23.01.2023 thereafter requested you to update the case status on the
same day so that he could move his letter of urgency and mentioning Memo on
24.01.2023, which has been withheld by mention branch of Supreme Court of India
since 16.01.2023 in absence updated case status. You replied back that the case status
will be updated on 24.01.2023.
5. That PIP reminded Branch Officer Section X for updation of case status at 12:00pm
dated 24.01.2023 thereafter Assistant Registrar Section X & 1B at 16:45pm dated
23.01.2023 so that he could move his letter of urgency and mentioning Memo on
25.01.2023 to complete the mentioning work before Republic day.
6. That however, instead of updating the case status, Delhi Police ASI Mr. Balveer
Singh, P.S. Patparganj Industrial Area picked up PIP at 18:00pm dated 24.01.2023 in
the pretext of a previous 112 call dated 24.11.2022 and subsequent complaints
thereafter. PIP is being detained by Police for about 2 hours at Police Station and left
without recording his statement.
7. That earlier PIP has noticed you along with one of the accused Mr. Banty Bubna,
S/O Shyamar Bubna, owner of Rani Sati Petrol Pump at Sonaili Bazar Katihar Bihar
inside the Delhi Transport Corporation bus at Delhi on 28.04.2022, in which PIP was
also travelling towards Ber Sarai JNU for printing his I.A. No. 66689 of 2022 in W.P.
(Crl.) No, 137/2021 for intervention/impleadments. PIP poked you but you refused to

recall and recognize PIP and got down from the bus at the bus stop of Bhikaji Cama
Palace and Hayat Hotel.
8. That PIP is noticing your activities since 2012 and aggrieved by the same, therefore
he is seeking answer of these following questions along with your clear STAND on
this matter:-
i) What is the relationship between Registry of Supreme Court of India and
Delhi Police in Writ Petition Criminal Diary No. 18546/2022?
ii) What you want from PIP in Writ Petition Criminal Diary No.
18546/2022?
iii) What is your final strategy in Writ Petition Criminal
Diary No. 18546/2022?
9. Hence, petitioner in person is irritated and aggrieved by your false assurance and
delaying tactics and the same will be agitated before this Hon’ble Court.
