EXPERIENCE DECK FOREMAN NOBLE DRILLING

My responsibilities as a Deck foreman is to coordinate with the client’s dispatcher on any
and all deck management as well as manifesting all cargo coming and going. Manage,
mentor, and train crane crews in safe drilling and completions op’s, and as HLO all Hilo
opps. I work under the chief mate, captain, and OIM as well as support and manage all
deck operations onboard. I frequently conduct safety walk a round’s and pre-tour
meeting. I work with the Dynamic positing officers performing deck surveys for the
stability and safe operations of the ship. I assisted in the construction and training of all
crane crews during the voyage from South Korea to the Gulf.
DECK FOREMAN NABORS DRILLING
JULY 2010 TO 2013
As a deck foreman, I managed both day and night crane crews as well as the drill crew
during all crane ops, mob and de-mobs. I went out to new platforms, spars, TLP’s to
manage the construction crews installing mobile cranes and living quarters prior to rig
arriving. I also worked side by side with BCO in deck management and ballasting the spar.
I coordinated with OIM on all bulk and fluid transfers to work boat. Assisted with all
productions needs and operations. Ordered and maintained an inventory of crane rigging
and supplies. Coordinated the work boats and crew boats coming and going during
offloading and back loading. Departed due to the Horizon incident.
CRANE & PILE DRIVER OPERATOR KIEWIT
JULY 2009 TO OCT 2010
I operated 300ton friction and hydraulic cranes driving steel piles rebuilding New Orleans
levee’s for the Army Corps of Engineers. Unloaded barges and assisted in the mechanical
repairs on the cranes. While there I was named the safest and most efficient crane
operator and pile driver. As a result of that, Kiewit extended an offer to join their safety
team in South Texas building production platforms.
CRANE OPERTOR NABORS OFFSHORE DRILLING
FEBRUARY 2000 TO JULY 2009
Operated all offshore and land based rig cranes and yard equipment. Supervise crane &
drill crews erecting and loading out drilling rigs on supply boats. Maintained and ordered
the rigs sling and supplies. . Supervised construction crews installing mobile platform
cranes and living quarters as blue prints prior to drilling rig arriving. Coordinated with rig

Operated 300ton crawler cranes refurbishing sea going barges, small production
platforms, and semi-submersibles. I supervised and coordinated with project manager the
welding crews and heavy lifts.
CRANE OPERATOR NASA/ LOCKHEED MARTIN
FEBRUARY 1998 TO JUNE 1998
Worked as a crane op with high security clearance in the many phases of the Space
Shuttle external fuel tanks. Operated many different types of equipment, such as large
overhead cranes to lift the $55 million external fuel tank components to large tank
transporters onto an enclosed barge. Departed due to unstable space program.

Supervised yard operations and rig crews unloading and loading trucks, supply boats
carrying rigs to and from platforms. Assisted in all new rig construction alongside with
welding foreman’s and engineers. Performed repairs to all yard equipment and did all
daily, monthly, and annually inspections. Trained rstb’s and crane operators prior to going
offshore. Made hot shot deliveries after hours with the company’s vehicle’s to all major
