4. But who does the listening?
 It isn’t us, the ones carrying out this
discussion. It’s our subconscious. It does all of
the listening. It takes in any available data,
but only makes you aware of a small, tiny
piece of it.

5. Studying=Concentration
 We can all agree that in order to learn, one
must focus, listening can do exactly that. It is
very rare that one finds complete peace and
quiet, so, listening can help one that is
somewhere he can hear the sound of passing
cars, neighbors or even family. I mean
listening to music. After a short while of
listening to music, the brain automatically
blocks out the sound, placing it somewhere in
the background.

6. Listening has it’s highway
to memory
When you have a sheet of paper with data on
it, and u want to put it up on the wall, you can’t just
slam it against the concrete, you need to put a pin
in it, or use duct tape. The same goes for listening.
If a teacher is speaking in the classroom, a neat
trick is using some kind of sound that he repeats at
a constant rate. Like a cat’s meow, or a hollow snap
of some sort. Later on, when the student hears that
sound again, his subconscious will immediately
create a tether to where it had heard that sound
previously.
