Problems that might arise in work teams include:
 quality of output/deliverables
 work delays
 internal personnel issues
 external personnel issues
 problems with suppliers
 economical issues
 process issues
 technology problems
 problems associated with insufficient planning
 incorrect or insufficient information supplied, therefore plans are
inaccurate.

8. Brainstorming and Consensus
 Brainstorming = open exchange of ideas without
judgement or discussion.
 Consensus = agreement on the solutions by:
 a unanimous vote
 a majority vote.
