How to start off your Six Sigma journey

Six Sigma has proven to be a very efficient tool in process improvement. To start your Six Sigma journey there are certain steps that need to be followed and some factors which play a key role in its implementation. The webinar provides insights on key steps and factors on how to start the Six Sigma journey.

Dumidu has guided over 50+ plus organizations both manufacturing and services in 9 countries in their business process excellence journey and known for his avid skills in Lean Six Sigma deployment and credentials in multiple business disciplines. His great passion towards promoting the goodness of quality and Lean Six Sigma in the region is highly commended by many and in year 2013, he was a warded “Lean Six Sigma Coaching Excellence medal” by Co-founder of Six Sigma Dr Mikel J Harry for his voluntary services in training US Army Veterans under the Wings for Heroes programme.
