B. Obtain your advisor’s signature on Page 2. Your advisor’s signature is verification that you have
met all requirements for your degree and specialization(s).
C. Submit the signed application form to the Registrar’s Office with payment of the $45.00 graduation

fee by February 15 if you are planning to participate in the May commencement ceremony.
D. Students submitting a graduation application AFTER February 15th will be charged an additional
$40.00 late fee. The late fee will be waived if the student is not participating in the
commencement ceremony.
E. Your degree will be posted and diploma processed after all course work has been completed and
evaluations submitted. Normal processing time is 6 – 8 weeks after your degree is awarded.
