Solaris End of Life (EOL) is a part of CGC. Under this different web application are tested before moving to
production. In this migration of DB and OS is taking place from Solaris to Linux environment, as migration is
taking place applications are getting affected. There are 72 apps used in CGC. It is divided into different
releases on monthly basis.

The Member Portal application or Web Self Service (WSS) is a Web Application which enables members to
help them in viewing their claims related details, finding a physician, etc. In addition to help them investigate
‘accumulations’—deductible and out of pocket limits and balances and understand their health care payments.
MOP accomplishes Single Sign On (SSO) for both Member Out of Pocket mandated functions and enhanced
Buy-up function between Blue Cross Member Portal (WSS) and Prism. The main function of the MOP is ‘Find
Provider Function’. MOP project includes both MOP mandate and additional buy-up functions

divided into different release2 (R2), release3 (R3) on regularly basis. It includes both web applications and
mainframe applications.
