We just completed our two year history for the Single Family Homes and SFR's in the Santa Clarita Valley Cities. These reports are going to include data such as Median Sold Price by Month - a two year history going back to November 2012. We also included the Santa Clarita Single Family Home data charts after each graphical rendition. Median For Sale Versus Median Sold prices for SCV cities. The Numbers of Sold Properties by Month in the Santa Clarita Cities. We also show a graph for the Under Contract properties by Month. New listings by month for SCV cities also. Historical values for the For Sale Properties by Month. The properties that have expired without selling within contractual guidelines each and every month. Supply and Demand for the Santa Clarita single Family Residences per month. Average Days on market by month in the SCV Cities. How much longer will our current inventory last at the current rate of sale - Month Supply of inventory for the Santa Clarita Valley. I'm Connor MacIvor with REMAX of Valencia's Paris911 Team.
