My background is in top-level design, having been involved in a cross-media advertising bureau since 2004. Others say I'm good at conceptual thinking and understand what both the audience and clients need. After two years of development, have now co-founded LayerGloss. It's a new app development platform that vastly reduces the time and cost to make an app without any coding. We're also adding services for those agencies and publishers who want custom work. Our company was selected out of over 400 entrants to be part of StartUpBootCamp 2012 in Amsterdam. I enjoy driving and inspiring both creative and technical people.
