For Provident Fund
• Every Month -Prepare Challan though ECR system and I have made the
entire data basis though E-Returns tolls as per requirement with PF Dept.
• Responsible for submitted withdrawal/ transfer form & Pension cliam with
necessary documents and co-ordination with the dept to faster settlement
of claim.
• Reply the various notice received from the dept. and closes the same to
coordination with the dept.
• Handling the PF Inspection, 7A, 7Q & 14B Inquires and done settlement
with the authorities as well as Management.
• Create a data base for online system and time to time compliance to avoid
the unnecessary obligation under the Act.
• Also obtain the New Coverage (Though online/ offline) of various clients
with the satisfactory date of implementation.
• Have good repo and Liaison with department and various authorities.
For ESI
• In present system have generated ESI Number of new employees through
ESI portal And issued each employees temp card for availing the benefit
under the act.
• Generate the ESI Challan though ESI Portal of different clients.
• Organize the session with Management to awareness of ESI Scheme
And help to employees for getting proper eligible different benefit under
the act from time to time.
• Handling the Inspection and reply the Notice received from the dept and
close the Same to co-ordination with the dept.
• Also obtain the New Coverage & Sub codes (Though online/ offline) of
various clients with the satisfactory date of implementation.

For Factory Act – Obtain/Renewed/Amendment of Factory License, Approval of
Factory Plan, Stability Certificate and also attending Inspection and updated all
statutory records under the factory Act of Client Company.
For Shop & Est. Act & Professional Tax -Obtain/Renewed/Amendment of Shop
License and Obtain PT Number of Employee & Employer and also deposited PT Tax on
month on month basis for Client Company.
Records maintenance and updating - Responsible for the maintenance of all statutory
records to be maintained by company under different Labour Laws applicable to
different company and its updating
Ensure display of relevant notices on the Notice Board.
Filing of returns- Responsible filing the timely relevant statutory returns
(quarterly, half yearly, and yearly) for the company viz. Under the provisions of the
different Labour Laws applicable to different company.
Statutory Audit - Audit periodically record of the client company and ensure that they
are maintained as required under the different labour laws.
Employment Exchange Notification (Quarterly- responsible for the quarterly filing of
returns under this Act.
Liaison between Client Company and all relevant statutory bodies under labour laws-
responsible for constant liaison with the relevant statutory bodies for renewal of
licenses etc. And hence will maintain good rapport and stature as per the Code of
Conduct.
Attending the statutory Inspections conducted by the departments of different
Authorities of State Govt. and Central Govt.
Providing Advisory labour related services which the company may require from time
to time.
Chamber Consultation:
Responsible for render consultation on different labour laws on policy matter for
taking major and minor decision on Industrial Laws after interpretation of different
provisions of the Act.
