*Coordination with Architectural and Design Department for preparation of BOQ.
*MS project excel and Autocad layout drawing with through knowledge of techno-commercial field
and documentation record keeping and good communication skill.

Skill: Basically I am doing trunkey project.Conduct initial project Survey. Study in detail all designs
and drawings. Plan Projects from conceptual design to completion stage.
Preparation of specifications and BOQ.Making Proforma invoice and Purchase order. Receive,
analyze and evaluate quotations suiting requirements. Work out competitive offers. Suggest cost
effective measures for reducing project cost.Well versed with AUTOCAD .Ability to lead, Manage
and influence consultants, architects clients in getting the orders for the company
Diplomatic in dealing with various clients consultants for getting orders.Have good practical
knowledge in analyzing quantifying the work cost involved in various projects possess good
analytical, negotiating convincing skills apart from good communication skills to interact with
various clients, architects consultants.
