COFFEESHOP MANAGEMENT
ABSTRACT
“CoffeeShop Management” software is general software developed particularly for
the Coffeeshop transaction. This software collects the details of Products, Costs, Workers
Info and their transaction. This software becomes useful for all the users in the Coffee Shops
so that their transaction and details become up to date, since it is developed only for coffee
shop so it is developed by using LAN concepts where multi-users can access single server at
a same time using LAN and improve their business.
OBJECTIVE
The study revealed us that there are no fixed limits and hence we had to choose Visual
Studio which is the preeminent language of the database management wherein any limit can
be fed in as specified by the user and accordingly the processes are kept under control.
As this is generic software it can be used by a wide variety of outlets (managers to customers)
to automate the process of manually maintaining the records related to the subject of
maintaining the transaction flows. Coffee Shop Management is very needy for Coffee Shops.
This software helps the owners of Coffee Shops to maintain day to day transactions in
computer.
EXISTING SYSTEM
At present traders maintain their day to day transactions where a waiter has to go at
each table and takes the order. And give to the chef and the must be passed to the cashier.
During this process it takes lots of time and customer must wait till the process. Only single
system is used during this process.

PROPOSED SYSTEM
In our System Point of Sale (POS) technique is used and every table will be
introduced with a touch screen system where it is connected to a LAN and it will be
connected to cashier, manager and chef. So that every order will be given to chef and cashier
simultaneously by accessing the Server Database. Finally The order will be supplied with bill
to the customer.
