Description:This projectwas started in August 2015 with Infosys.AT&T provides its various services to its end
users So from Registration to activatingthe Users profilewith AT&T and from there on providingcustomer care
supportthrough UI whenever required arethe key areas we work on. Private and Business customers arebeing
handled in Fixed Line area. The Agile methodology is implemented here. We test for wired network systems and
services related to it and Pre-production systems.

Description: Project involves managing of end to end activities of a customer/client/Investor starting from

of clients activities such as Trading, Investment banking etc. Thus testing involved various components. This also
included testing of a Banking application named as Avaloq. Overall this project requires good understanding of
many end to end banking processes and tools.
Responsibilities:
 Understanding the business requirements.
 Involved in Test Planning, Test Case Preparation and Test Execution.
 Interaction with client on clearing exact requirements.
 Identifying defects in the application, Raising defects, Defect Analysis, Reporting and tracking using QC.
 Execution of System Integration Testing and executing test cases in Quality Center.
 Coordinating with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team to provide UAT support and provide solution to
their defects.
 Performing regular Regression testing and Sanity testing to ensure the daily health status of the
application.
 Coordinating with back end Avaloq teams to ensure the data requirements that should be present at the
front end of application.
 Performing extensive testing of the application on different test beds and environments.
 Actively involved with BAU testing team to help resolve their queries and assist in their end to end testing
and assist them in understanding the application.
 Preparation of Test Closure report and Understanding document for future reference.
