Barnes & Noble had the need to promote and create a high-end look to their new release of the Nook
(E-Tablet Reader). Pro-Motion (powered by Scala) developed a multi-panel display network using Samsung
screens, HP’s digital signage line of PC’s, and our installer base, to install 5 different prototypes throughout all
their in-store showcases. This was all part of a rebranding (re-positioning) in the book market.

Mercedes-Benz USA chose Pro-Motion for their second generation digital signage network deployment. This
rollout included shipping new equipment to over 352 Mercedes-Benz sites throughout the United States,
along with a three year contract to provide content and network management services. This project involved
launching a new fixture, interactive monitor, PC, and Content Management System.
