Executive Summary
Business Prosperity Management Inc., is designed specifically for and dedicated to the
advancement of Limited Brands stores, such as Victoria’s Secret, Bath and Body Works and the
Limited. We understand that retail can be a struggle to operate if certain requirements aren't
being met by associates. That is why BPM Inc., was created by Ms. Annabeth Chase because she
believed that problems in major retailing companies could not be fixed by working from the top
down with corporate interactions, but from the bottom up with associates who are the first to
meet, greet and assist customers. We strive to improve associate to customer relations by
addressing key topics in the retail workplace. We offer two seminar packages to choose from for
your store’s convenience. Each seminar package is held over a two day span and covers two
problem topics per day. The price per package also covers the cost of venue, training, equipment
and setup, as well as meals per person.
Business Prosperity Management Inc., is directly responsible for high improvements in
customer interactions within most of Limited Brand’s stores. One of the main being Victoria’s
Secret. Stores at home based in the U.S. have the most experience with what our seminars have
to offer, such as Victoria’s Secret in Pentagon City Mall in Crystal City, Virginia, as well as
Victoria’s Secret in Westfield Annapolis Mall in Annapolis, Maryland. However, a main
achievement on behalf of our incorporation was the decision of Limited Brands headquarters
choosing us to directly train the staff employed at the new Victoria’s Secret Chapter located in
London, U.K. The newly opened store has gone above and beyond to meet the needs of
customers with new updated training skills and continues to dazzle them with classic beloved
Limited Brands products. We are highly confident in our ability to bring this same positive
customer experience to your store location today!

MISSION STATEMENT
Business Prosperity Management mission is to provide Limited Brand Company stores with high
quality training seminars. We exist to attract and maintain customers. When we adhere to this
everything else falls into place. Our services will exceed the expectation of our customers.

PROBLEM
In today’s competitive business society there are many rules, skills and knowledge that are
essential to securing a good job. The problem is that many employees do not know the rules, nor
do they possess the skills or knowledge necessary for the business world. When it comes to the
following subjects, many people lack the knowledge of what is successful in the workplace and
what is not. Therefore, Business Prosperity Management, Inc. was established to help various
employees with the following topics:
• Dressing for Success: What is appropriate attire for the workplace? What do you wear
to an interview? What is considered business casual?
• Contemporary Business Etiquette. What is workplace etiquette and what are the
different types of workplace etiquettes? How important is it to work on your image?
• Team Building Skills. How important is team building to your company? Why is it
important? Is everyone a team player?
• Solving Problems at Work. What is an effective way to solve problems at work?

OBJECTIVE
The goal of Business Prosperity Management Inc. is to help raise awareness of the correct
standards for business protocol. For each of the four types of seminars that we offer, we offer
solutions to the problems that many businesses have:
● Dressing For Success:
○ We will demonstrate the appropriate attire for business events
○ We will teach you about what is appropriate in the workplace according to the
store’s uniform policy
○ We will show you what general professional business wear looks like
○ And for college students, we will help you learn what to wear at interviews.
● Contemporary Business Etiquette:
○ We will teach you how to appear and act confident and professional.
○ We will teach you the correct way to handle yourself in different business
settings.
○ We will help you learn the proper etiquette for any business situation.
○ We will also teach you about sexual harassment in the workplace and how it is
related to etiquette.
● Team Building Skills
○ We will conduct team building activities including:
■ Problem Solving/decision making activities
■ Adaptability activities
■ Activities that focus on Building Trust
■ Activities that boost morale and promote teamwork in the workplace
● Solving Problems At Work
○ Communication is key and so we will address work related problems that deal
with miscommunications.
○ We will provide tips on the correct way to handle different scenarios that might
arise in the workplace.

BACKGROUND
Business Prosperity Management, Inc. (BPM) is a company dedicated to raising awareness of
work related misconduct. We are located at 5300 Wisconsin Ave. NW Washington, DC 20015
across the street from the Mazza Gallerie. BPM has been in business since and has worked to
ensure that our company's clients are educated about the appropriateness of learning effective
ways of making businesses work as well as appear professional. Our founder, Ms. Annabeth
Chase started out in 2004 with a mission to help educate people about the correct way to handle
yourself in business situations, along with skills and knowledge necessary for getting and
keeping a job. She had seen many potential employees and even some that were already
employed, unable to impress potential employers with their lack of knowledge of how to dress,
how to problem solve and their lack of team building skills. We have helped individuals and
department stores alike to educate their employees on subjects ranging from etiquette to problem
solving. We have worked with Mike Jeffries on projects for Abercrombie and Fitch as well as his
Hollister stores, in the past on many separate occasions. We have also worked with the company
Sephora.
Because we are a well respected and well known company, we have held seminars across the
United States, which has lead us to opening up at a second location in Tyson’s Corner Center,
Virginia. We have held over 200 different seminars and our fan base has increased significantly.
We have gotten so much positive feedback from employers who noticed an amazing change in
their employees after they’ve attended a Business Prosperity, Inc. seminar. We plan to continue
to provide excellent advice and information to employers and employees around the United
States and maybe one day go international!

Business Prosperity Management Inc., plays an important role in maintaining and improving the
store by focusing on associate interactions for a positive customer experience.

Share Purchases Since 2007
The above chart represents the drop in share repurchases and share price that was well
recovered by training seminars with our company. The high figures experienced in 2011 were a
direct result of Business Prosperity Management, Inc.’s training seminars. The numbers
improved so greatly in fact, that it made way for the construction of the new Victoria’s Secret
store in London. We hope to continue to improve enough to allow creation of more Limited
Brands stores abroad.

assortment of cereal selections, bagels w/ cream cheese and
butter spreads, muffins and scones. The drinks will be
Coffee, Soft Drinks, and Orange Juice.
■ For Lunch: There will be a variety of pizzas, chicken
fettuccini alfredo, garden and chicken caesar salads, garlic
bread sticks, vegetable and fruit platters, along with an
assortment of desserts such as cupcakes, strawberry
cheesecakes, and vanilla pound cake.
● Cost Per Person: The price per person varies depending on how many
people are able to attend the seminar.
